Windsor California Copacabana Rio de Janeiro

I recently stayed at the Windsor in Rio for a week. The location was excellent, with a stunning sea view where we even saw a jumping whale. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast selection was extraordinary and the rooftop pool offered amazing views of Copacabana beach. my stay was perfect!

Great location! The hotel is right across from the beach, making it easy to swim in the ocean and come back to the hotel to clean up. The front desk even provides towels for the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had a comfortable stay and were always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the beach. The beds were large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Breakfast could be improved. Although there were some good options like omelettes, crepes, fresh fruits, cheeses, pastries, and yogurts.

This classy, clean property has perfect buffet breakfasts and consistently courteous staff. Stylish room and helpful communication with the staff.

The place is nicely appointed and perfectly clean, everything is really good, it should have higher than 4 star rating.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The location cannot be beaten, just steps away from one of the most famous beaches. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering to mail my postcards for me. The amenities were top-notch, including a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness studio. My room was soundproofed, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the poolside snack bar was a nice touch.

If you're looking for a great place to stay with excellent service and a perfect location, this is the place for you.

I liked the place, everything was perfect. The room was luxurious with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff was courteous and provided friendly services. The hotel had a brilliant location within walking distance of Praca Serzedelo Correia.

It was a relaxing stay, safe place. All the services were welcoming, including a buffet breakfast and a nice pool. It had central location close to Espaco Sesc.

Great beach view, clean and modern decor. Reception, restaurant and concierge staff exceeded expectations, providing professional and attentive service. Good breakfast options for vegetarians, and a complimentary beach drink. Helpful concierge service for excursions and adaptors for foreign plugs were provided. USB charging ports in the room were a useful touch.

It's a hip new great boutique hotel with unbeatable location in Copacabana district not far from the beach, restaurants, the centre.

As a light sleeper, I loved the soundproof rooms and the peaceful atmosphere at room 901. The ocean view was incredible and the cleanliness of the towels and toilet were impressive. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel exceeded my expectations compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast had a fantastic variety of healthy options and the staff were helpful and polite. The location was fantastic, with a good restaurant nearby. The hotel restaurant and its staff were also polite and helpful. The gym was small but adequate and the sauna was fantastic.

The hotel had a fantastic location, right across from the beach. The view from the rooftop pool was beautiful. We also loved the delicious breakfast options, with a great variety to choose from.

The housekeeping service was not up to par. Our rooms were only cleaned late in the afternoon or evening, and even then, there were still some flaws like dirty floors and unemptied trash bins.

Located right across the road from Copacabana beach, the hotel offers breathtaking views from its rooftop pool area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and boast the best shower I've ever had at a hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, with delicious coffee and fruit. The hotel also has interconnecting rooms, making it perfect for families.

The staff's recommendations for activities were somewhat misleading, causing us some inconvenience, especially with the boat activities.

As young people, we loved the rooftop pool and lounge chairs for relaxing after a day at the beach. The staff spoke excellent English and were really friendly. The location was super convenient, right in front of the beach and close to Ipanema and Leblon.
